At over 6,400m, Mera Peak holds the title of being the tallest trekking peak in Nepal. The summit provides an exceptional view of five of the highest peaks in the Himalayas, including Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Kanchenjunga.
We have designed our itinerary with careful consideration to acclimatization, as we believe that this approach will increase your chances of safely summiting Mera Peak while also allowing you to fully relish the experience. As an added safety measure, we equip ourselves with a portable altitude chamber, oximeter, and satellite phone.
If you're a first-time Himalayan climber or an enthusiastic hiker with some prior experience using crampons and ice axe, this expedition would be a great fit for you. Additionally, you can acquire these fundamental mountaineering skills by joining our yearly Chamonix training weekend.
