Want to take a side Overland trip from India Varanasi to Kathmandu Nepal ? It’s a popular thing to do and there are a number of ways to go about it, depending on how much money you’re prepared to spend.
Many people travel overland from Varanasi to Kathmandu, either by bus, or train and bus combination. It takes less time than overland from Delhi. It’s also possible to fly. However, it’s much costlier than from Delhi, although it takes around the same time.
Most people going overland from India to Nepal pass through the Sunauli border. It’s not at all appealing there, so you’ll want to make your way onwards as quick as possible.
You may have heard that you must stay out of India for at least two months between visits, even if you have a multiple entry visa. However, an exception to the two month gap rule is possible if you’re traveling to a neighboring country, such as Nepal. There are a few things you need to know about it though.
Day 01: Drive from Varanasi, North India, meet our guide at Belahiya , Bhairahawa Nepal India border.

Day 02: Drive to Lumbini and Sightseeing tours to birth place of Lord Buddha. Afternoon drive to pokhara via Tansen Palpa.
Day 03: Early morning sunrise view tour to Sarangkot and then full day sightseeing of Pokhara valley.
Day 04: Drive to chitwan. Visit tharu village in chitwan. Overnight Resort in chitwan.
Day 05: Jungle activities in Chitwan. overnight Resort in Chitwan
Day 06: Drive to Kathmandu, on the way to Kathmandu, visit Swayambhunath stupa. Overnight hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 07: Full day sightseeing tours to Bouddhanath, Pashupatinath,Bhaktapur,and Patan old city.
Day 08: Morning free time. Afternoon , departure transfer to Kathmandu international airport.
