Kanchenjunga is the third highest mountain in the world. The Kanchenjunga mountain range covers eastern part of Nepal and India. Kanchenjunga Trek route is opened for foreigners for trekking in only 1988. Actually Kanchenjunga base camp trekking is a remote and undeveloped area as compared to other trekking destinations of Nepal. However Kanchenjunga treks is a really paradise for the adventure lovers. Here trekkers get an opportunity of a great walking through terraced fields, forests of birch, bamboo and rhododendron. Himalayan bear, barking deer and the lesser panda are among the rich animal and bird life that fill most of part of Kanchenjunga trekking. The breathtaking views of Mt. Kanchenjunga, Makalu with beautiful glaciers offers further excitement to all trekkers along this trekking trail. Besides nature the trekkers also witness culture and lifestyle of Limbus and Rais in this trail. These are two dominant ethnic groups in eastern Nepal. Day 05: Trek to Chauki (2700m)
Day 06: Chauki – Gupha Pokhari (2930m)
Day 07: Gupha Pokhari- Nisum (2000m)
Day 08: Nisum- Dovan (921m)
Day 09: Dovan- Chirwa (1270m)
Day 10: Chirwa- Sekhathum (1660m)
Day 11: Sekhathum – Amjilassa (2510m)
Day 12: Amjilassa – Kyapra (2730m)
Day 13: Kyapra – Ghunsa (3595m)
Day 14: Amjilassa -Kyapra (2730m)
Day 15: Ghunsa – Khambachen (4040m)
Day 16: Khambachen – Lhonak (4785m)
Day 17: Day trip – Pangpema

Day 20: Trek around Glacier (up to 5540m, if you want) – high camp

Day 25: Ponphe / Kande Bhanjyang
Day 26: Kande Bhanjyang- Lal Kharka
Day 27: Lal Kharka – Taplejung
Day 28: Taplejung – Drive to Phidim bazaar
Day 29: Phidim – Drive to ilam, bazaar
Day 30: Drive to Biratnagar fly to Kathmandu.
Day 31: Freestay in Kathmandu.
Day 32 : Departure.
